Before you apply
You will need to apply for a bespoke permit if you fall within Schedule 1 of the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010 (as amended), as described on the installations homepage. The link 'Do I need to apply for a permit or register an exemption' provides details of the different sectors where your activity may apply.
How to apply
On this page you’ll find application forms for a new bespoke permit and the guidance notes to complete the application forms. You must fill in part A and F and complete the appropriate part B sections.
Look at our How to apply for an environmental permit page before you apply, for up-to-date information on the application process.
When opening the forms, you may need to click 'View, Edit document' or 'Enable content'. Look at our How to apply for an environmental permit page for tips on using our application forms.
Please note: Once you have selected the right parts of the form you only need to fill in the sections of that form which are relevant to your application.
